Je n'ai rien achete dans la boutique mais j'ai recupere des colis, ils sont adorables et precautionneux !

Ca ferme a 13h30 le samedi et non 14h comme c'est indique sur Google. Ca serait bien de le modifier pour eviter les desagrements...

La boutique n'existe plus. En reponse a votre reponse : je n'etais pas le seul a l'endroit indique par Amazon. Nous etions 2 au même endroit. Si Amazon n'a pas la bonne adresse, VOUS devriez faire le necessaire pour informer tout le monde. Je n'ai aucun interet a faire ce commentaire. Ce genre de reponse... Bref

Superbe boutik et point relais personnels agreables.

I stopped by to pick up some packages and everything went perfectly. The lady is very friendly and the shop is very colorful and certainly full of little treasures to discover.

Mon experience a ete vraiment decevante. Bien que les gerants du magasin soient extremement sympathiques, je mets 1 etoile car la securite des colis n'existe pas dans ce point relais. Mon colis a ete livre dans ce point relais en novembre, et je n'ai JAMAIS pu le recuperer. Je ne comprends pas qu'un livreur puisse deposer un sac rempli de colis dans le magasin, puisse le scanner et puisse ensuite repartir avec sans que les gerants ne disent quelque chose! Ou est la securite dans tout ca ? On se retrouve a devoir faire des reclamations a des entreprises et a devoir batailler pendant des mois pour etre rembourse. Plus jamais.

Bonjour, Je souhaité partager ma bonne experience aupres de cette boutique. Agreablement surprise, variete de produit pour offrir ou sois même avec des articles fait mains. Et je tiens egalement a partager mon experience, quant a la reception de mon colis qui c'est très bien passe. Il est important de distinguer ces deux activites car l'un n'est pas en relation avec l'autre. De plus je retiens que la gerante et l'une des seules a continuer de travailler avec mondial Relay, alors que c'est très complique avec cette entreprise de transporteur. Bravo a vous.

An ideal pick-up point for receiving parcels via Mondial Relay, a very friendly team who always give us a warm welcome, and the shop is full of charming little items!

It's a long story, but it's worth it!! This is my second review, and the owner will recognize me! I only have one word to say: SHAMEFUL!!! The owner is returning my packages because I had the nerve to leave a bad review three years ago! A completely truthful review, and I stand by it! Indeed, before she took over the shop, it was a disaster! Example: One day I went to the collection point (closed as usual, even though it was during opening hours). I called the manager (the shop belongs to a couple), who told me he was at the hospital because his child was sick. So I went to do my shopping a few steps away, and imagine my surprise when I ran into the same man chatting and laughing calmly with everyone they met... Example 2: Again, the shop was closed. I called, and he told me there was a note to let them know he was out, but not on the shop front, no, on the front door of the building next door! We've often found ourselves, several of us, waiting outside the shop during the advertised opening hours, only to find no one there! In the meantime, the shop was moving, and the owner was handling the move. When I went there with several other moms from the neighborhood as a customer, I received a very warm and friendly welcome (of course ), so I decided to try the parcel collection point again. I went to pick up my package, and there she explained, not without a touch of pride, that she had deliberately returned it because of my bad review from three years prior! "If you want to make peace," she said, "just delete your review and leave another one." Yes, I didn't know this, but apparently, according to her, we were "at war"! She then suggested that I apologize for my review, claiming that she had already apologized for my previous one (see photos). And all this right in front of the shop, loudly and clearly, in front of a queue of several people... There's a complete lack of professionalism and immaturity here; just read the responses to the negative reviews! Madam, you should be ashamed!! In short, I would have been better off sticking with my initial opinion, and I'll say it again: RUN AWAY!!

Avoid this parcel collection point; never go there, not even to buy your stuff.
