J'ai passe un super moment avec Camille! Je recommande vivement l'experience La Totale, colorimetrie, morphologie et seance de shopping accompagnee et guidee. La selection des pieces est de qualite et il y a un large choix (même en 42!). Impossible de repartir les mains vides!

Merci a Camille pour la seance de colorimetrie, morphologie et shopping de 2 h ! Un vrai plaisir de partager avec elle ses connaissances, avec bienveillance et sympathie. Je recommande cette experience, que ce soit seul(e) ou a deux la boutique est pleine de pepites et je ne manquerais pas d'y retourner !

Je suis venue deposer des vetements pour la deuxieme fois dans cette boutique. La personne qui m'a recu n'a pas montre beaucoup de respect quant a mon prenom, maladroitement surement mais dans ce cadre je ne m'attendais pas a recevoir un jugement de valeur du type << au moins c'est original >>; et m'a annonce 30 min d'attente alors qu'il y en a eu pour 1h. Le reste du personnel a ete neanmoins très bien. J'avais eu une bonne experience la premiere fois; c'est donc dommage pour aujourd'hui.

Super moment passe avec une amie (offre duo) et Anne-Laure notre conseillere et personnal shopper du jour. Anne-Laure est très claire dans ses conseils, très professionnelle avec beaucoup d'experience et on ressort de ce rdv avec plein de nouvelles idees pour nos futurs shoppings. Je trouve le concept d'associer une boutique de depot vente (très belle d'ailleurs) avec une experience de colorimetrie/morphologie super. Merci pour tout. Je reviendrai c'est certain et je le recommande.

C'est ma troisieme seance avec Camille et comme a chaque fois, j'en ressors très heureuse. C'est une vraie bulle de douceur, un moment pour soi hors du temps. Camille est a l'ecoute et patiente, et donne tout un tas de conseils très precieux. Si je dois faire un bilan des trois seances je dirais que chacune est complementaire. On a travaille la comprehension de ma palette de couleurs (en complexifiant a chaque fois), les associations a faire (ou eviter), comment accessoiriser les tenues, le maquillage, les balayages possibles pour les cheveux, les coupes de vetements a privilegier pour ma silhouette... Tout en s'amusant et en faisant des tests pour la mise en pratique. Je recommande les yeux fermes ! Et cerise sur le gateau, Camille me trouve des pepites a chaque fois. On prend toujours un temps pour aller chercher des tenues chacune de son cote et faire des essais et j'adore toutes les pieces avec lesquelles je suis repartie. J'ai hate d'y retourner ;)

J'ai participe a l'atelier sur mesure et j'ai absolument adore l'experience ! J'ai appris enormement de choses, les explications etaient claires, precises et adaptees a mon niveau. Un immense merci a Camille pour sa gentillesse, sa pedagogie et sa patience. On se sent tout de suite a l'aise et accompagnee. Et en plus, la boutique est magnifique, avec de très jolies pieces soigneusement selectionnees. Je recommande les yeux fermes !

Merci mille fois a Camille pour l'atelier colorimetrie + morphologie Pendant plus de 2h, elle a pu me conseiller, prendre le temps de tout m'expliquer et de comprendre ma palette de couleurs. J'ai maintenant toutes les cartes en mains pour trouver les meilleurs outfits ! Je reviendrais surement dans cette boutique pour faire du shopping. A really great thrift store.

A great place, lovely selection of plus sizes (thanks La Grosse Asso!), and a very friendly team! Please note that the entrance to the passage is at 81 rue St Maur.

Nice place, but I find it a real shame that the upstairs fitting rooms are closed when it's busy and that many of the employees are downstairs reminiscing about the good old days. Some great finds for secondhand enthusiasts. They have all sizes from XXS to XXL for men and women.

The managers are awful, avoid them at all costs!!

An exceptional place with equally exceptional staff. Kindness, smiles, a superb selection, great value for money... and a special mention for the girls at the warehouse. Don't change a thing, we love you (our bank manager, not so much!).

I was lucky enough to receive a free image consulting/color analysis session at La Frange a l'Envers, and I loved the experience from beginning to end. The concept is truly brilliant: being able to get personalized advice in a secondhand shop with a huge selection is a fantastic idea. The location is great, and you can also just go there to browse for beautiful pieces even without booking the session. As for the session with Camille: I was absolutely delighted! She is passionate, very professional, kind, and takes the time to explain and guide us with great gentleness. You can tell she has a perfect grasp of her field and loves sharing her knowledge. Thanks to her, I better understand the colors, cuts, and clothing styles that flatter me, whether it's for my outfits, makeup, or hair. It was very interesting, practical, and truly enjoyable. I left feeling delighted, with lots of useful everyday tips that I'll treasure, and above all, with a new perspective on myself. On a personal note, this session also made me even more eager to learn more about color analysis, a field that already greatly interested me A truly wonderful experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to better understand themselves and enhance their appearance with personalized advice

A very nice selection, but very little for men

A beautiful, bright, second-hand shop in a quiet location on a small private street. The items are trendy and in excellent condition, with a wide selection. The staff are professional and friendly. Happy shopping!

A very good stool for waiting for your wife while she's shopping.

Absolutely overrated! A space dedicated to women, and not just any women...preferably the slimmest ones...the men's section is simply non-existent...don't trust the Instagram stories or the influencers' comments...oh yes! The saleswomen I encountered were not at all pleasant...a shame if you want to do business...

It's disappointing to find that after following a brand for a long time, eager to experience the physical world of the store, the in-store experience falls short of expectations. While the store is aesthetically pleasing, there's a noticeable gap between the polished online image and the reality of customer service, especially after 6 p.m. At that time, the staff's welcoming and friendly demeanor seems to be lacking, leaving room for improvements to ensure a consistent and satisfying experience at all times.

I went to the consignment shop on Saturday with several luxury and high-end men's items, but an unpleasant person made me wait an hour. When the fast-food outlet finally buzzed, I went to see the verdict: ridiculously low prices for an APC bag and some brand-new women's items... and no buyback for two luxury bags! Luckily, the person who was in charge was nicer! But I so regret wasting an hour and a half of my time... with zero deals to make! It's a shame they stopped offering coffee at the beginning to help pass the time... and also that they have such unsuitable staff... this consignment shop is unfortunately best avoided these days! A disastrous experience! A cold welcome, especially from the young sales assistants, and an interminable wait (almost an hour) only to be offered absurd suggestions that took no account of the items or their condition. And the explanations lacked conviction. They sell Zara and Mango items but refuse new Ba&Sh and Sezane... luxury items are treated like H&M or Primemark... in short, a waste of time and a very unpleasant experience that we had to endure in this shop, which has lost all its charm. And besides, it was practically empty of customers! Never again! You'd be better off changing the name and removing the "Warehouse" designation; what you're doing are workshops aimed at influencers... What a waste of time and energy!
