Si vous attendez un sourire ou un bonjour, vous pourrez attendre longtemps... La selection est neanmoins pointue et eclectique, on peut trouver des pieces de createurs originales a un prix abordable. Pour les vetements de marques plus modestes, les prix se situent sur la fourchette haute du marche. J'aimais beaucoup ce magasin mais je lui prefere desormais Chercheminippes, ou les vendeuses sont sympathiques et renseignent volontiers.

Si j'avais pu mettre zero etoile je l'aurai fait. J' etais une cliente reguliere et j'en tente un premier depot. J'ai rarement ete face a autant de mepris de la part du jeune homme qui recoit les depots , un conseil epargnez vous ce moment insultant ! L'arrogance avec laquelle vous allez etre recu est absolument epouvantable . Peut etre que si de moins en moins de gens viennent chez eux ils commenceront a avoir une attitude plus respectueuse. C'etait pour ma part la derniere fois que j'y mets les pieds , je ne leur donnerai plus un centime.

Les regles du service clients inexistantes ! Dans chacun des deux magasins, les vendeuses sont hautains et desagreables. Lorsqu'on propose un depot de belles pieces on vous les refuse sans même regarder, soit disant car pas assez vintage mais quand on regarde la selection en magasin cela ne se verifie pas.

Si vous etes a la recherche de la malhonnetete bienvenue. Je vous conseille fortement de fuir cette boutique qui arnaque les personnes qui souhaitent vendre des articles. Les personnes qui tiennent cette enseigne cherche a faire leur chiffre d'affaires sur le dos des gens. Ma mere est venue deposer des affaires pour les vendre en pensant se faire bien conseiller sur les prix de revente qui lui serait versee or elle s'est faite tout simplement arnaque! On lui a donne pour le prix de vente d'une doudoune Canada goose 90euros alors que le prix d'achat de cette même doudoune neuve est de 1300 euros et en seconde main 500 euros. Ils ont vu qu'elle ne connaissait pas la marque et ont use de cette meconnaissance pour l'entuber pleinement. Apres avoir echange avec moi et s'etre rendue compte de l'arnaque elle y retourne pour leur dire que cette facon de faire n'est pas honnete et se fait rembarrer par une des responsables (femme blonde) au depend d'un autre responsable qui essaye d'etre davantage dans la comprehension. Le pompom de toute cette histoire est le fait de se rendre compte a la vue des commentaires des prix de revente qui semblent etre eleves voir parfois exorbitants et qu'on nous explique en parallele que la doudoune aurait ete vendu au prix de 198 euros pour justifier le prix de revient. Vendeur/vendeuse et acheteur/acheteuse passez votre chemin votre porte monnaie vous en remerciera!

Magasin de depot vente de luxe. Prix commencant a 30EU jusqu'a 200EU. Ca vaut le coup d'y aller jeter un oeil.

Un depot-vente a decouvrir absolument dans le 2eme ! La boutique est grande, propre, et la selection de fringues est dingue !

Belles pieces, j'etais contente de decouvrir une surface immense et beaucoup de choix. Beaucoup de luxe mais un peu surprise de trouver une jupe Shein a 32 euros alors que dans les cabines on trouve un ecriteau qui prone " no fast fashion " ! Les vendeuses aux cabines etaient très aimables mais je retrouve un ressenti general dans les commentaires quant aux responsables peu accueuillants et assez hautains, je confirme.

I have collaborated with this store twice ,once in the summer and again recently for the autumn season. My summer experience was very positive: the items sold quickly and at higher prices than I had anticipated. However, my autumn experience was quite different. I brought in several new pieces, including jackets and dresses, some still with tags. Despite being made of high-quality materials such as 100% wool and 100% leather, these items were priced similarly to the polyester shirts I had consigned during the summer, each 150 euros, an amount I found surprising, though I decided to leave them. Over the following two months, I visited the store at least five times. Each time, I noticed that one of my items was missing from the shop floor. From the beginning, it seemed that certain pieces were earmarked for sale but never actually displayed, which reduced their chance of being seen and potentially purchased by customers. While a few items did sell, I was concerned when I returned to collect the unsold pieces. Several of them, including the jackets I had never seen displayed, were brought out from a storage area. It left me wondering why I wasn't contacted to retrieve these new items earlier rather than having them stored away unnecessarily. This didn't only apply to bulkier pieces such as jackets; thinner jersey dresses also never appeared in the store during any of my visits. Additionally, one item that I had never seen in the store was ultimately purchased by an employee. However, this sale was not recorded on the shared platform we use to track item status. As a result, I had to unnecessarily return twice to pick up the corresponding payment, even though the staff acknowledged that the item had indeed been sold the first time I went. In my opinion, this store may be a good option if you are looking to sell inexpensive Y2K-style mesh tops or similar items. However, if you have designer or higher-value pieces, I would recommend selling them independently for a more transparent and reliable experience.

I stumbled into this store after my lunch in a restaurant nearby. Lots of designer's clothing and accessories for men and women. I would come back again and bring a friend.

Appalling reception

The male store clerk was rude.

One of the best boutiques in Paris for finding luxury vintages. The prices are still quite high, but the selection is well worth it.

Great little shop with lots of choice for all price ranges. A lot of the normal vintage shops in Paris seem to have a lot of stuff that would be more suited to a charity shop and that are nothing special unless you are talking the high end designer ones / not Bobby - it has the balance exactly right!

You can find nice stuff in this store. However, the cashier is one of the most impolite persons I have ever met in my life. Her attitude and the way she looks at you is questionable and is a good reason for me to never go back to the store.

You know, when I rate a place or a shop, I often base my opinion on the welcome. If that's not good, then everything else will suffer... Let me tell you, good luck getting a hello or a smile from the staff... No comment, I won't even mention the rest.

Extremely poor experience, don't go! 1. Terrible service: They started forcibly chasing customers away an hour before closing time (7 PM). The staff were not only arrogant but also used insulting language. 2. Suspected serious discrimination: Reviews revealed clear discrimination against Asian customers. 3. Utterly ironic: I came here because of its good reputation on an Asian app, but the actual experience was disgusting. This kind of store clearly doesn't welcome Asian tourists. Please avoid it!

It's Friday, bright sunshine in Paris, it's 2 PM, and they can't serve us food because it's too late. But at some point, do these guys want to make money or not? I don't know, I don't understand the business plan. Guys, it's Friday in Paris at 2 PM, we don't eat like the Germans at noon sharp. We're not in the sticks. Anyway, I'm tired of all these people who don't want to work.

I found a Gucci top skirt

A wonderful discovery: a lovely boutique with a huge selection. It's so big that I only looked at one display, and yet I bought two dresses (beautifully tailored, by the way). I've removed one star and am writing this review to mention that I was shocked by the attitude of the two "saleswomen" near the fitting rooms. They were chatting amongst themselves and didn't even greet the customers, glance at them, or pay them any attention. I thought they might have been on a break (it was around noon on Saturday), but that doesn't justify using vulgar language in front of the customers and gossiping about their friends and family. And the way they kept slipping in "brother" or "bro" with every sentence! It was awful. On the other hand, the cashier was charming and smiling, which made up for it somewhat.

Things have gone relatively well with the salespeople when I've been buying things. This time, I came to make a deposit, and I encountered a woman with a strong smell of cigarettes, long, dark hair, and olive skin. She was incredibly nonchalant and took her time making a voice call to her friend, then told me at 3:55 PM that it was too late for deposits. She said I had to come by 3:50 PM at the latest on Mondays and Fridays, that they were understaffed, blah blah blah. Bobby, either your saleswoman doesn't want her job anymore, in which case you should let her go and hire people who are looking for work, or she's right and you need to recruit more staff, but treating customers like that is unacceptable. And to top it off, I'd just been running in the rain.
