Le magasin est situe dans la galerie marchande de Auchan-Strasbourg a la porte des Halles. L'accueil est plutot dynamique. On y trouve toutes sortes de references de jouets actuels et surtout anciens. Vous trouverez surement un objet qui vous tient a coeur (figurine, vehicule, livre, piece detachee). Attention de bien estimer la valeur de l'objet en regard de son prix.

Très bonne boutique, propose des cartes a collectionner a des prix correct pour une boutique pro (cote Card Market), très bon accueil et personnel sympathique ! Je recommande fortement

I sold mostly Yu-Gi-Oh cards and a few Pokemon at the store on Place des Halles. I think I was satisfied with the purchase and the amount offered, which I believe was fair and honest given market prices and the "rarity" of the cards. Otherwise, I hope so, and I can only say to myself that I should have checked their values more closely.

Je suis très decu par mon experience dans ce magasin. Les informations sur le produit n'etaient pas claires et j'ai eu l'impression que le vendeur profitait du manque de precision pour vendre a un prix injustifie. Lorsque j'ai signale le probleme, on m'a répondu que c'etait << de ma faute >> et que j'aurais du mieux regarder, sans chercher a comprendre la situation. J'ai ensuite demande un remboursement, qui a ete refuse de maniere brusque et irrespectueuse. J'attends d'un commerce plus de transparence et de respect envers ses clients. Je ne recommande pas ce magasin.

Mon fils de 7 ans est venu ce jour pour vendre ses cartes Pokemon en double. Arrivee en caisse le vendeur le regarde d'un air condescendant lui fait la remarque que l'on ne met pas un elastique autour des cartes car cela les abimes soite... Sur 200 cartes il le regarde en lui disant il n'y en a qu'une qui pourrait faire l'affaire et encore ca ferait 1EU. Mon fils etait tout triste et n'a pas compris pourquoi cela ne c'est pas passe comme l'annee derniere ou nous etions venu pour la même chose et nous avions eu un meilleur accueil offre et surtout service client adapte. N'oubliez pas monsieur que vous avez etait un enfant un jour...

Une honte ! J'y etais alle a l'epoque a Mundolsheim et c'etait genial : le patron et le vendeur etaient agreables. Aujourd'hui, les deux jeunes employes regardent les clients de haut. Les prix sont hallucinants : 3 fois le prix normal ! Une vraie blague ce magasin. Et avec les enfants, aucune compassion, contrairement a l'epoque de Mundolsheim. Je deconseille fortement a tous les parents !

You can find some pretty good deals. What I really mean is that the real advantage is that, as a fan of Lego (mostly older sets) and Pokemon cards, and also being a minor, this store allows you to directly exchange Lego for Pokemon cards of equal value without parental permission.

Leur proposition sur Pokemon sont a des prix exorbitants, que ca soit les cartes seules ou les packs ou etb, et le rachat n'y pensez même pas, vous feriez un infarctus Une fois j'ai vu une Giratina alternative dans une toploader sans sleeve, j'ai eu mal... La je vois des etb flammes blanches a plus de 100e, j'en trouve encore a 60, dans occasion vous comprenez la partie occasion ? Pas capitalisme, hein Les cartes sont dans un etat moyen, proposees aux prix du mint ou near mint, enfin chaque fois que je passe devant je regarde pour rire un peu, surtout qu'en ce moment le prix des Pokemon tend vers le bas Ps achetez pas de scelle, a tout moment ca a ete trafique par une personne qui a profite de la non expertise des vendeurs

Very expensive for second-hand items; the resale price of the Lego sets is higher than at the actual store across the street, and the books are only 2-3 euros cheaper than the original price. Might as well buy new...

I was able to get some great deals on books, I recommend it!

Having come several times (even from Vendeheim), I'm sharing my experience today. I usually browse the cards individually in the binders, so I came to the store this evening. I looked at a binder, and after finishing the first one, I gave it back to the salesperson, and then nothing more. He went back to his station... I asked him for another one, and he told me it was 7:00 PM, that it wasn't his stock, and since his colleague wasn't there anymore, he wanted to avoid things getting messy. He explained that it wasn't his shop and that he was in charge of the books... I can understand that... (but then again, there weren't many people there). But still, you could inform the customer... and not just go back to looking at their computer without saying anything before they speak up. It's completely unprofessional... and unless I'm mistaken, I didn't see any information posted about this policy. In short, I think it's Friday night and I can understand my tiredness; I work too, but a little politeness wouldn't hurt I've come in the evenings before and haven't had any problems. It's a shame because the other vendors are friendly. Not a great experience

Honnetement ca me fait mal de mettre cette note a l'epoque de vendenheim j'aurai mis 5 etoiles voir 7 etoiles, autant un vendeur en particulier merite 3,5 etoiles car bien moin arrangeant que avant mais je pensse sais du au loyer qui a du bien augmenter par rapport a l'ancien emplacement et au patron et au faite qui gere beaucoup de chose dans le magasin. J'espere ca redeviendra comme avant.

Excellente boutique de seconde main! Vendeur agreable et a l'ecoute du client notamment pour la partie carte a collectionner! Large choix aux niveaux des produits TCG, derive geek, lego et livres! N'hesitez pas a faire un tour si vous etes de passage!

What an experience! This business is a complete disgrace. I don't like to be so harsh, but the behavior of the two people who "run" this shop is simply unacceptable. The service is unbelievably poor: - Arrogance and a haughty tone of voice - Sneering smile - Extremely poor customer service - They don't look customers in the eye and chat with you while on the computer, completely detached (a lack of respect and basic manners) - Very limited selection in the shop - Staff who make fun of customers based on the items (in this case, video games in perfect condition) - The trade-in prices are incredibly low, honestly, it's unbelievable. I truly don't understand how this shop has managed to stay in business for so long, as the lack of professionalism and decorum is beyond appalling. It's a shame that it's not possible to give a negative rating, because I would clearly like to give it a 0/5, in all honesty.

Prices have gone up recently, I'd say about a month ago. Some figurines have gone from 2 to 3 euros for no good reason; considering what they pay for them. You'd be better off selling your toys at a flea market...

A fantastic find! Finally, a reputable Strasbourg shop for buying and selling vintage toys, Lego, video games, comics (and more) at affordable prices. A veritable treasure trove! Special mention goes to the warm welcome and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

Prices are way too high for used items: Pokemon cards are being sold for three times their market price, and a box set is being sold for EU1200 when its value is only EU350 on Cardmarket. They even have the nerve to sell energy and common cards from the current expansions for 10 cents each. When I asked the salesperson to show me the binders of Pokemon cards, he told me he didn't want to because "he was alone and it was too late." The store didn't close for another hour and a half... Avoid this place unless you want to throw your money away.

As a current Lego Star Wars fan, I bought a used, pre-assembled set for EU70, whereas it costs EU54 new at Lego. The box says it's complete, I asked the seller, and he confirmed it. I assembled it at home, and three pieces are missing. In short, these are liars and scammers with prices higher than new; avoid them.

I went there a while ago to ask about the price of some of my Ninjago figures. They offered me EU35 for 14 figures. Since I wasn't sure if they were rare or not, I left without selling them to check online. The bottom line is: the value of the lot I have is EU175 (I checked this morning). I also went back this morning to look at the new Lego sets. And what do I see? One of the figures they offered me for a few coins was in the display case for EU40, when I found it brand new online for EU19.12 (you wouldn't sell it to me at that price, claiming you need to make a small profit). I'd like someone to explain what you consider a large profit margin in this case. I feel sorry for the children who want to sell their toys and are unfortunately still a bit naive.
