Chativesle Maison de Ventes

Contrairement a d'autres, je suis plutot contente de mon experience avec cette maison de ventes. En tant que vendeur il faut savoir garder les pieds sur terre. Et en tant qu'acheteuse j'ai rarement ete decue, bien au contraire. Quand on joue le jeu tout se passe bien.

Très mauvais experience aupres de cette salle des ventes. Reception d'un objet casse a plusieurs endroits. Malgre un transport realise avec un colis absolument intact. En definitive, non signalement lors de la vente de la defectuosite de l'objet avec des photos prises de telle sorte que ca ne soit pas visible.

Salle des ventes a eviter ! A mon grand regret, je confirme les nombreux commentaires negatifs. J'ai achete un lot decrit en parfait etat, mais recu casse. Resultat : absence totale de prise de responsabilite et aucune solution proposee. Cette maison ne garantit aucune tracabilite des objets vendus une fois la vente conclue.

Une incompetence effroyable, un. Manque de communication complet entre le personnel de la maison de vente, rien que sur la vente de ce samedi, ils se sont trompes au moins cinq fois dans les prix et dans l'annonce des lots.

Je ne peux que confirmer les appreciations peu flatteuses sur cet hotel des ventes, l'un des pires de France. Incompetence, je m'en foutisme et mepris total envers les acheteurs. Ne pas se fier aux emissions TV quant a l'image des Commissaires-Priseurs, ici on est chez un vendeur de foire. Vous achetez des cartons en ligne ? Des trucs disparaissent, photos a l'appui, mais le Commissaire priseur vous crache a la figure et n'est responsable de rien. Rarement vu un tel niveau d'arrogance. A Fuir comme la peste. Et a savoir, chez les Commissaires-Priseurs de cet acabit vous n'avez aucun recours. Autant jeter l'argent par les fenetres.

I watched a jewelry auction remotely, and my experience was quite disappointing: it was impossible to understand what was being said in the room because the auctioneer kept interrupting everyone. I must commend "Pauline" for her immense patience. Not to mention the questionable jokes made about children, which I found rather shocking... but then again, maybe I'm just not open-minded enough, I don't know

A very bad experience with the Chativesles auction house. I entrusted three picture frames to be sold, one of which was estimated at between EU300 and EU500. In the end, I received... EU16.84 for this frame. Such a huge discrepancy between the estimate and the final price is incomprehensible and seriously gives the impression that the estimates are meaningless. But the worst part is the customer service: - Two emails went unanswered - A useless phone call, with someone who sighed and said they couldn't do anything - No explanation despite my efforts I had to send a registered letter to get a call... at 8:30 pm, simply to say "I'm sorry," without any justification or solution. A total lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for the customer. I strongly advise against using them.

I bought this ring almost a month ago, and I can't get it back. I've never seen anything like it. I think I'm going to have to take legal action or contact a professional body to get my ring back, or at least my money back.

This auction house is dishonest. The canvas arrived torn three months ago, even though the listing didn't mention this problem. After a month and a half, the auction house informed me that they couldn't do anything because they couldn't determine whether the fault lay with them or the carrier, even though the carrier proved (with photos) that the hole was already there before it was packed. The auction house ended the conversation. I raised my voice and demanded a refund of EU60 (a repair that will cost me twice as much) for a EU200 canvas plus EU100 in shipping costs. The auction house finally asked for my bank details. Today, May 5th, I still haven't received a refund. It's a disgrace.
