Très attaches a l'economie eco-responsable et solidaire, nous nous sommes rendus chez Envie Montpellier pour equiper l'appartement de notre fille. L'accueil a ete a la hauteur de nos attentes, personnel très professionnel et a l'ecoute. L'electromenager est garanti 2 ans ce qui est securisant... même si pour le moment tout fonctionne parfaitement... Un grand merci a toute l'équipe, nous sommes ravis de notre experience.

Je mets une etoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre moins!!!!! J'ai achete un lave-vaisselle qui apres avoir ete pose , ne fonctionne pas! Et la galere commence!!!! PLus d'un an d'allers-retours entre le SAV, la venue d'un technicien, la reprise du materiel sans solutions pour qu'apres plusieurs reclamations, un autre appareil soit mis a disposition en attendant la reparation de l'autre! Il faut savoir que lorsqu'on m'a relivre l'appareil a chaque fois on me confirmait qu'il avait tourne des heures sans problemes a l'atelier...etrange une fois arrive chez moi, il ne fonctionnait pas 5 min avaant que la Meme panne apparaisse!!!!! Enfin l'appareil doit etre relivre...rdv est pris pour ce matin avec confirmation de la part du responsable de magasin que je serais le premier livre de la journée! Livraison prevue entre 7h et 9h...9h personne je contacte le magasin qui me dit apres m'etre enerve que les livreurs seraient presents 15 min plus tard...livraison arrivée a 11h!!!! Je ne remets pas en doute ni le travail des livreurs! Ni le travail realise par un des technicien Monsieur R qui ont fait le job et etaient desole pour moi!!! Mais pour le reste GROS GROS FOUTAGE DE GUEULE!!! Le responsable du magasin et certains aux ateliers ne sont pas a leur place!!! Dommage car beau concept de rehabilitation de materiel en seconde main et insertion de personne ayant eu des accidents de la vie...Malheureusement j'aurais aime recommander cette experience pour aider des personnes en situation de handicap et pour favoriser la seconde main MAIS FUYEZ...

Super experience pour l'achat d'un lave-linge. En boutique : rapide et efficace, comme il faut. Pour la livraison, les livreurs ont ete très professionnels et ont assure malgre les deux etages. J'espere qu'ils auront une prime pour leur excellent travail !

Entreprise malhonnete. Ma compagne et moi avons du contacter la DGCCRF, l'entreprise ne respectant pas le Code de la consommation. Dans leurs reponses aux commentaires, ils mentent en affirmant nous avoir prete un appareil : cela n'a jamais ete le cas. Ils pretendent egalement nous avoir propose des produits equivalents, ce qui est faux. Un refrigerateur a air ventile n'est en rien equivalent a un refrigerateur statique. D'autant plus que notre refrigerateur mesurait 1,30 m et qu'ils nous ont propose un modele de 1 m 15 Je deconseille très fortement. Très mauvaise experience.

Quelques mois suivant l'achat d'un refrigerateur, plusieurs elements sont tombes en panne. Le technicien a confirme la panne mais a indique que la reparation couterait trop cher, donc ils ne la feraient pas. On m'a propose un echange, mais aucun produit equivalent n'etait disponible. Malgre cela, le magasin a affirme que c'etait un refus de ma part, ce qui est faux. Ensuite, on m'a propose un avoir, inferieur au prix d'achat, sur le magasin avec une decote pour "tenir compte de la vetuste" pour mon utilisation sur les quelques mois, ce qui est ILLEGALE. On m'a egalement dit qu'ils n'etaient tenus de rembourser que dans les 6 premiers mois, ce qui est contraire aux 2 ans prevus dans le Code de la consommation (articles L.217-3 a L.217-14). On m'a fait tourner en bourrique pendant plusieurs semaines en me mentant directement et en me laissant avec un appareil defectueux pendant plusieurs mois. Aucune solution conforme a la garantie legale n'a ete apportee. Le non-respect des droits du consommateur est très decevant. J'invite tout consommateur dans cette situation a contacter la DGCCRF pour connaitre ses droits. J'ai finalement reussi a obtenir un remboursement integral suite a l'envoi d'une mise en demeure et en me rendant en magasin pour imposer une echeance de remboursement.

Je recommande ce magasin de seconde main a 100% qui propose des appareils electromenagers reconditionnes et remis a neuf. Un grand merci a Christian pour ces precieux conseils et le temps qu'il nous a consacre afin d'acheter notre premier lave vaisselle. Merci a lui pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance !!

Je viens d'Envie a Mauguio pour essayer de trouver un casier assiettes pour mon lave vaisselle. Je connaissais deja car j'avais deja achete un four SIEMENS il y a environ 4 ans et il fonctionne encore a merveille. Au bout d'un certain temps ils ont fini par m'en trouver un casier qui c'est parfaitement adapte, et ce n'etait pas la même marque. Ils ont a dispo divers electromenagers vraiment pas cher. Pour les personnes qui pensent a nos enfants et nos petits-enfants, ou ceux qui s'amenager a faible budget, n'hesitez pas a aller chez eux, vous trouverez certainement votre bonheur en reconditionne. Pour couronner le tout le service client et l'accueil meritent toujours plus de 5 etoiles. Merci.

We used ENVIE MONTPELLIER twice: first for a refrigerator, then for a washing machine (which Gael nicknamed Titine upon delivery). Both purchases went perfectly, and we received a warm welcome and helpful guidance. For the delivery, Gael and his team brought us our appliances with a big smile at 8:00 a.m. It was a pleasure working with him.

Envie Montpellier: A bunch of incompetents I'm adding two stars to my review (see below). The reason is that Envie tried to sort things out after a year of disastrous service. They exchanged my refrigerator and microwave for a good one, both of which work very well. Also, their delivery drivers are incredibly friendly. So, you have to persevere with them and be persistent. I bought four items from Envie Montpellier five months ago. The microwave's turntable wouldn't rotate because the drive wheels were too high. I reported it, and they promised they would order new ones, but to no avail... I had to find some myself. The refrigerator was too cold and made ice. I reported it after three days, and it took them three weeks to send their repairman. In the meantime, I manually unplugged the fridge every 6 hours to maintain a moderate temperature, but I lost everything I had put in the freezer... They finally provided me with a temporary fridge (after 4 weeks). I ended up replacing the original fridge with a smaller one from their warehouse without requesting a refund for the difference. The washing machine started leaking very early, 2 weeks after delivery. And it got worse. In the fifth month of the warranty, they delivered a replacement machine that only works intermittently because the door doesn't lock properly, preventing it from starting. Furthermore, they tagged the machine, which is very unsightly. I called to report that their machine wasn't working, and they told me that my machine (the first one that leaked) was irreparable because it was cracked inside! I had to go to the store for an exchange and pay the price difference because they had raised their prices in the meantime! And worse, the machine is supposedly only under warranty from the initial purchase date (5 months ago). So, I'm supposed to buy a replacement machine by paying extra and without a warranty (5 out of the 6-month total warranty had already expired...). Envie is ripping off its customers by pushing them into situations where they have to pay more and more without any service or good product. They're very good at creating "deadlock" situations and letting the warranty expire without doing anything. I'm still waiting for service with a tagged machine in my kitchen and no news from them. They've already come 4 times in 5 months for absolutely nothing!!! This is going to end up in court!!! Update to review: It's been 3 weeks and still nothing, no news, I still have their old replacement machine covered in graffiti and a deadlock on their part. So, when are we going to start working? Updated after 2 months. Still nothing, the situation is completely at a standstill, and the case has been handed over to a consumer association for legal action... 2 months later. Good news, they found me a replacement and took back their damaged one. More news: the fridge they sold me, the one meant to replace the original that never worked, was also delivered broken. The evaporator doesn't work, the back panel is smashed, it makes ice that doesn't drain (photo posted), and... there's a huge amount of water in the kitchen. Also, the microwave has stopped working too, and I paid EU100 for it.... Four breakdowns in 10 months!!! The problem is far from being resolved. Update: Envie delivered a fridge, the fourth one in 10 months... It's better than the previous ones. But the microwave still doesn't work!!! It's exactly the same as before, you press start and nothing happens. They did absolutely nothing!!! I encourage you to visit Envie in Mauguio, where you can find refurbished and guaranteed household appliances! "Responsible business practices." We recently purchased an oven. A few months later, and for no apparent reason, the bottom of the inner glass door broke when we closed it. We contacted customer service. Two days later, it was repaired. No charge. Fast and efficient customer service. A professional and helpful team. Thank you!

I bought a dishwasher and electric cooker on Friday. Over the weekend, I noticed the dishwasher was only washing in cold water. Customer service hung up on me three times. I finally got through to someone, explained the situation, and despite a 2-year warranty (6 months of in-home service), they asked me to bring the dishwasher back... and the person told me the malfunction might have occurred during transport--what a joke! And now, today, I want to put something in the oven and I realize the oven is tripping the main circuit breaker. Bad experience.

After breaking the door of my washing machine, I discovered this store quite by chance, and what a wonderful surprise! I was greeted with such kindness and humanity that I was truly touched and reassured. The team is exceptionally friendly and exemplary in their professionalism; they took care of me immediately and resolved my problem with remarkable efficiency. In addition to this impeccable service, the store offers superb machines, perfectly maintained and at very affordable prices. It's a real gem, and I recommend this place without hésitation!

WARNING: SCAM!! Following up on my initial review, this is clearly dishonest! It's impossible to reach a manager by phone to find a solution. We're forced to resort to Google or the consumer protection agency to get an answer!!!! We had to call in an independent repairman who, strangely enough, was able to open the machine under the same conditions and found advanced corrosion. This is clearly a hidden defect. We demand an immediate refund for this machine and will make it available for collection. Very disappointed!!! Initially, attracted by the ecological, economical, and social concept, we bought a washing machine that only worked for 15 minutes... The circuit breaker trips when the machine is heating up. A service technician came but left immediately because the machine needed to be moved to plug it in. No tests were done on the heating element... No response to our emails. We were unable to reach the manager to find a quick solution because we weren't on-site and the machine needed to be operational again soon... so we resigned ourselves to calling in an outside repairman... Unfortunately, we won't be repeating the experience... it's a real shame...

I bought a refurbished refrigerator that stopped working after a few weeks. I was offered a replacement refrigerator and a repair of the faulty one, which I accepted despite waiting 10 days without a refrigerator. Unfortunately, and for some unknown reason, I was given a replacement refrigerator with a non-standard width (unlike my faulty one), so it was too wide to fit in the only available space in my kitchen. The delivery men--who were very friendly--left with it. When I called to arrange for a new replacement refrigerator, I was told there would be a EU50 charge for a new delivery. Please note: this is a non-profit organization. I was told over the phone that they are not obligated to offer a refund for a defective product. I understand and support their environmental and non-profit approach, but the experience is still frustrating when things don't go as planned. No longer able to do without a fridge and finding the delivery costs unfair, I preferred to give up on the deal.

Avoid at all costs. We bought a refurbished washing machine from Envie, and two months before the warranty expired, a leak appeared at the door. The machine was sent for repair the first time, supposedly fixed. A month later: EXACTLY the same leak in the same spot. So we took it back a second time. And then, a complete change of story: the repair service finally explained that the drum had been damaged and that the problem was therefore our responsibility, which allowed them to avoid covering the repair. However, there was no report, no proof, no paperwork for either the first or second repair. Nothing. What's most incomprehensible is that they suddenly started talking about a completely different problem than the one for which the machine was brought back, even though the leak reappeared in exactly the same place after their first "repair." The other reviews about their customer service speak for themselves. A complete lack of transparency and a real feeling of being taken for fools. I absolutely do not recommend them.
