J'ai fais reparer 2 fois Un pneu de mon velo et les 2 fois le lendemain matin j'ai retrouve mon pneu a nouveau creve la premiere fois apres avoir appele pas de geste commercial mais 2 fois cela me parait bizarre n'ayant pas roule avec le jour même desole mais je n'y reviendrai plus

Je suis venu pour acheter une nouvelle bequille. Plutot que de me faire payer une nouvelle bequille le vendeur a d'abord regarde s'il pouvait reparer la mienne avec une ancienne bequille du magasin. Resultat ma bequille a ete reparee gratuitement en trente secondes. Un grand merci

No unnecessary sales pitches here: the diagnosis is honest, clear, and transparent. If there's a problem, they tell you, and if there isn't, they don't invent repairs just to inflate your bill, which is quite rare these days. In a world where trust isn't always easy to come by, it really makes a difference to have someone so straightforward and transparent. You can clearly feel the difference compared to some large chains where diagnoses can sometimes be more involved than necessary, whereas here they get straight to the point with accuracy and efficiency. The chain was replaced at this location. Installing a 10-speed chain instead of a 9-speed chain caused derailments. Furthermore, the chain was very poorly fitted and was already starting to break, as it was beginning to unravel at the faulty link. Another shop had to inspect and replace the chain with one of the correct size and identified the error. I am not requesting a refund, but I will no longer be able to use your services.
