très impressionnee par la qualite du service ormain. Ils sont extremement reactifs aux messages. Pour ma part le sac achete n'avait pas son emballage d'origine. Mais il a ete soigneusement prepare dans un dust bag et une proche très qualitative ce rend l'experience client soignee. Ce qui n'est pas le cas d'autres depot/vente. Le sac accompagne d'une facture et d'une carte qui certifie son authenticite. Le showroom et lumineux et agreable. Je recommande ce site/showroom et cette équipe.

J'ai connu ORMAIN grace a un live Instagram, ils ont presente un sac CHANEL que je cherchais depuis un moment dans un etat irreprochable et a un prix defiant toute concurrence. J'ai donc pris rendez vous, et je me suis rendue dans leurs locaux. Toute l'experience a ete incroyable, merci aux conseils de Charlotte. Je reviendrais pour faire mes cadeaux de Noel.

Super site, franchement j'ai envoyé 2 sacs et une paire de sandales YLS, le jour même qui ont etaient poste les sandales ont etaient vendues directement. J'adore ce site vraiment très gentilles et toujours la pour vous repondre. Parfait Des produits authentiques, verifies et de qualite. Une équipe au top avec du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse. L'etat des produits est toujours clairement decrit. L'accueil au showroom est toujours chaleureux. Et la gestion des commandes est très serieuse.

Je laisse un avis negatif car mon commentaire sur TrustPilot a ete signale par Ormain, ce que je trouve très irrespectueux envers moi en tant que cliente. Apres avoir retourne l'article a mes frais, le gerant m'a appelee sur un ton agressif, simplement parce que mon avis ne lui a pas plu. J'ai renvoye le sac car, apres comparaison avec mon propre article authentique achete chez Louis Vuitton, les differences de qualite - y compris le dustbag - etaient evidentes. Honnetement, une fois le retour effectue, j'etais prete a passer a autre chose. Mais cet appel intimidant et agressif a confirme que je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux. Mesdames, passez votre chemin.
