Ils sont très professionnels vraiment je suis agreablement surprise d'avoir rencontre une équipe aussi honnete nous avons vendu un Napoleon en or et le responsable m'a rappele pour nous en proposer plus j'ai jamais vu ca surtout en ce moment . Ils font ce qu'ils peuvent pour racheter au meilleur prix . En plus ils sont tous adorables

Acceuil horrible premiere et derniere visite sommes venue avec des blu ray classique et 4k uhd avec des coffret integrale de serie en très bon etat . Ce monsieur ce permet de souffler genre ral le bol des dvd ya le streaming je prend rien qui nous sort sans même jeter un oeil . Perso je defend le physique comptait racheter du bluray 4k avec l'echange celuibci ne c'est pas fait même pas un enrevoir dsl pour le derangement en tout cas et encore merci pour ce jolie sourire

Jamais ete decu, le monsieur cote informatique est au top, toujours accueillant, souriant et prend le temps de nous conseiller. Je n'ai pas trouve mon bonheur cette fois-ci en informatique mais je suis reparti avec une sacoche de la marque lacoste a 49.99 (env 180 en magasin) quasi neuve a 95%. Bravo a l'équipe egalement bonne continuation et a bientot !

Merci de ne pas prendre en compte les commentaires de certaines personnes rageuse ou auto-centre... c'est un lieu qui gagne reellement a etre connue. Il y a de moins en moins de commerce aussi bien tenue entoure d'une super équipe qui a plein de conseils et experience a echanger avec nous. Car oui un lieu comme celui-ci est un lieu d'echange, non pas de monologue. Toujours autant de plaisir a venir chiner chez vous, vous vous donnez du mal et cela ce ressent. Un vrai plaisir de venir 2 a 3 fois dans le mois. Il y a en pour toutes les generations. Je recommande les yeux fermes. Si il y a un peu de monde dans la boutique style le week-end, c'est aux clients de faire preuve de maturite et de comprehension en reapprenant la patience plutot que de laisser des avis negatif souvent base sur une frustration passagere. Merci encore pour votre travail, vous vous donnez du mal. Hate de revenir, bientot la fin du mois merci de permettre a ce type de lieu d'exister qui devienne si rare. Pleins de belle chose pour l'avenir.

Friendly welcome but a word of advice: have the functionality checked (game console etc.) in your presence because personally I offered my game console, after checking without my presence it did not work, so they offered to take it back for EU20 for display in the window, supposedly after checking at home it worked very well.

Je recommande a 100%. Je suis arrivée un soir a 18h en catastrophe pour acheter un telephone portable car le mien n'avait plus d'ecran ! J'ai ete accueilli par Cyrille. Très bon professionnel sympathique et patient. Alors que l'heure de la fermeture approchait, il a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer et il a reussi a transferer toutes les donnees de mon vieux telephone alors que je pensais avoir tout perdu ! Je suis repartie avec un nouveau telephone (quasi neuf), avec film et coque de protection pour un prix très raisonnable. Si besoin, je n'hesiterai pas a y retourner !

The staff were responsive and accommodating. I had bought a console and went home eager to play it, but half the controls didn't work. I called the store back, and they told me to return it. I came back that same afternoon, and another console of the same type in better condition was available for EU20 more. It was the last one. Thank you for taking the time to check in the back. It's just a shame there was no compensation.

Formidable magasin très pratique pour trouver ce qu'on recherche notamment dans mon cas des Jeux Video , des DVD ou même des cartes Pokemon a pas cher et a prix très correct. L'avantage du magasin provient egalement de sa très bonne capacite pour se garer pour les personnes possedant un permis et egalement de sa faculte a pouvoir accueillir des personnes en situation de handicap et ayant un fauteuil roulant. Le personnel est très a l'ecoute de ses clients et vous explique tout ce dont vous avez besoin de savoir notamment dans mon cas cite plus haut ce que je cherche quand je suis dans la zone de Barjouville

Magasin très grand est super. Equipe vraiment bien. La blonde cote tele est très sympas ! La brune a l'accueil aussi. Par contre donnez lui des jours de conges ! Equipe jeune est sympa mais ca manque de personnel je pense vu la charge de clients !

I'm sharing an objective opinion about this shop, which I know well since I've been a regular customer for years. I sell a little there, but I mostly buy! Several hundred euros accumulated over time. Let's start with the positives, as they are the most prominent: 1- The selection of tech (computers, smartphones, Hi-Fi, gaming) and cultural products: the choice of used items and the prices are excellent. Perhaps the best you'll find in the Chartres area. 2- The sales staff! They are quite available and attentive, doing their best to advise customers. Special mention to Sebastien from the computer department, with whom I've already made some good deals. The downside of this store, in my opinion, is the manager's attitude. He's not exactly known for his friendliness or kindness (I've noticed this on several occasions). A recent example: I received a rather curt refusal from this gentleman when I asked for a small discount on a vinyl record purchase, EVEN THOUGH: two days earlier, I had bought EU150 worth of audio equipment, resold some CDs, and the day before that, helped one of my clients (an elderly gentleman) who was completely unfamiliar with the store and whom I had accompanied, buy a used PC. Quite disappointing! I won't be going back anytime soon! This person would benefit from showing a little more consideration in their customer service. In short: Talk to the sales staff! And if you don't need anything, you can always ask him.

I strongly advise against this owner; he's very unpleasant and speaks very rudely. I only came to sell something, I just said, "Hello, I'm here to..." and he brushed me off. Frankly, they treat you like dirt.

I've been a customer since 2017, when the store was still an Easy Cash franchise. I went there very few times between 2017 and 2019. I was fairly satisfied the few times I went for DS and Wii games. I was a regular, even very regular, video game customer, especially for PS3/Xbox 360 games, from 2020 to 2022. My experience was quite mixed, between scratched discs and discs missing from their cases, held together with tape. It wasn't pleasant at all to go home with an empty case, thinking the game was inside. I had to go back to explain the problem, but there was no way to verify my claims, so nothing was done... I felt completely ripped off! On subsequent visits, I asked them to check the condition of the discs and open the cases with tape, which, incidentally, annoyed some of the saleswomen who let me know in more or less direct ways (sighing, muttering, or saying outright, "It's inside," even though it wasn't always...). For games costing EU2-3, it's not so bad, but for games costing more, like EU10 (and this isn't an isolated case), it's clearly outrageous, especially as a student. It eventually made me dislike this store, and I stopped going there in favor of other stores near me or on my way to my studies (Orleans, Niort, Niort Bessines, Poitiers, Limoges Tours Sud, and Blois). There were also fairly frequent disc reading problems due to scratches, sometimes requiring a long wait to get them scanned for games purchased from this store. There weren't many customers in the store at those times. Despite everything, there were some good points. I bought my 320GB PS3 Slim there, and I quickly had a problem with a non-functional cable, which was quickly resolved. I didn't have any problems with books or manga. Some of the salespeople are attentive (buying/selling) and know how to guide you; thank you to those who worked there. In short, a mixed experience, quite variable depending on the staff. From 2023 until shortly before Cash Okaz appeared, I only went back a few times. Since Cash Okaz opened, I go back a bit more often; the staff is friendlier and the discs are in better condition.

I've been coming here for a very long time and I've always found what I was looking for, whether it's video games or manga. But I wanted to write a review today to highlight two saleswomen who were incredibly kind to me. There was the manager (I think) of the manga section who gave me excellent advice and helped me with my purchases (carrying a stack of 42 manga to the checkout isn't easy). You can tell she really knows her stuff. And then there was the cashier who patiently scanned all 42 volumes, manually entered the price on the register, and was kind enough to put everything in a bag for me. I'm so happy with my find; the price was very reasonable and the service was top-notch!

We received a very warm welcome. We came to buy a tablet case and the salesperson gave us excellent advice. Thank you again. See you soon.
